Why do the Japanese take products like my water bottle better…we Americans are good with new creative products but the Japanese make them of better quality because many times they take a long term view.
Quality is one of those words that mean different things to different people.
Yes! And there's lots of good stuff from W. Edwards Deming on this, too.
